Version 7.1 - 01/04/2026
Pixacare 7.1.0 makes photo-based monitoring smoother and more reliable day to day, with a more guided data entry experience and better-controlled exports. As a bonus, this update includes numerous fixes and optimizations for improved stability and performance, on both mobile and web.
📸 Photo assessments: chronological order
Photos added to an assessment are now displayed in the order they were captured.
- Smoother navigation when tracking wound progression over time
- Reduced risk of misinterpretation due to unexpected reordering
- Daily time savings for care teams
🔁 Formulaires : possibilité de répéter un module dans un même questionnaire

The same module can now be used multiple times within a single assessment form.
- Enables more comprehensive clinical assessments (e.g. multiple zones, multiple measurements, multiple steps).
Examples of use:
- Mapping multiple sensitivity zones (touch, heat, cold, pinprick) during a pain assessment.
- Measuring a wound across multiple sides of a limb: take one photo per side, outline the zones on each image, then add up the surface areas to get a total (including bilateral wounds).
- Measuring the surface area of a fragmented wound

📤 EHR integration: correct template + logos restored
Exports to the EHR now consistently use the correct template, and facility logos are properly displayed.
- More consistent exports for patient records
- Greater confidence in generated documents
⚠️ Sync safety: warning before logout
When a user attempts to log out with unsynced data, an explicit warning is now displayed.
- Reduces the risk of losing unsubmitted clinical data, particularly on shared tablets used by multiple staff members.
- Useful in poor network conditions (unstable Wi-Fi, on the move, basement areas, etc.)
- Peace of mind for care teams
🎯 More intuitive measurement sticker detection

Improved sticker detection (clearer visual feedback, faster detection).
- Fewer attempts needed to get a usable capture
- A more guided and reassuring experience when taking photos
🌍 International: medical specialties translated
Medical specialties are now available in French, English, and Spanish.
- Clearer experience for non-French-speaking teams
- Facilitates multi-site and international deployments
- Part of the broader internationalization effort
🔧 Stability & performance: 30+ fixes (web + mobile)
This version includes a significant set of fixes and optimizations.
- Fewer unexpected behaviors (forms, dashboard, patient creation, keyboard, remote monitoring…)
- Greater stability under heavy use
- Performance improvements (particularly for certain image processing tasks)
