Photos added to an assessment are now displayed in the order they were captured.

The same module can now be used multiple times within a single assessment form.

Enables more comprehensive clinical assessments (e.g. multiple zones, multiple measurements, multiple steps).

Examples of use:

Mapping multiple sensitivity zones (touch, heat, cold, pinprick) during a pain assessment.
Measuring a wound across multiple sides of a limb: take one photo per side, outline the zones on each image, then add up the surface areas to get a total (including bilateral wounds).
Measuring the surface area of a fragmented wound

Exports to the EHR now consistently use the correct template, and facility logos are properly displayed.

When a user attempts to log out with unsynced data, an explicit warning is now displayed.

Reduces the risk of losing unsubmitted clinical data, particularly on shared tablets used by multiple staff members.
Useful in poor network conditions (unstable Wi-Fi, on the move, basement areas, etc.)
