🔐 I forgot my password
Forgot your password? No worries! Follow these simple steps to regain access to your account.
📱 From the mobile app
1️⃣ Open the Pixacare app on your smartphone.
2️⃣ On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?".
3️⃣ Enter the email address associated with your account.
4️⃣ Check your inbox 📩 and click the reset link.
5️⃣ Choose a new password, confirm it, and save.
6️⃣ Go back to the app and log in with your new password! ✅
💻 From the web app (app.pixacare.com)
1️⃣ Go to app.pixacare.com and click "Forgot password?" below the login field.
2️⃣ Enter your email address and click "Send".
3️⃣ Check your inbox 📩 and open the reset email (check your spam folder if needed).
4️⃣ Click the link and set a new password.
5️⃣ Go back to the web app and log in with your new password! 🚀
